The 2023-2024 application closes on April 1, 2024.
The 2024-2025 application opens on Feb. 1, 2024 and closes on May 1, 2024.
You will need to create an account to begin the application process. All required documents can be uploaded directly to the application through a computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone. This can be done by scanning and uploading or by taking a picture and uploading it to the application.
The 2024-2025 application portal will NOT be open to allow applications to be submitted until
Round 1 opens on Feb. 1, 2024.
